One-on-One Energy Healing

Service Description

Reset your nervous system, invite tranquilty into your mind and restore a sense of ease in your body with a 60-minute energy healing session. Choose between (or choose all three!) Reiki, Sound Bathing, and Breathwork. If you've never tried these energy modalities, give them a try. They can be deeply relaxing and restorative. These sessions can be done in-person in Westchester County or anywhere via Zoom. If you need a time other than what is offered on the schedule, please email katy@onesmallstone.net with desired time(s). ***Additional evening and weekend times are available upon request.
